6 – 13 September 2014
The first Invererne Residency took place in September 2014. The week brought together a diverse group of performance artists, who as a collective all shared a focus on the body and movement as starting points for creation. The group consisted of performers, directors, writers, parkour practitioners, a musician, and a mask maker. As well as making performances, masks were primed, beach-side parkour was practiced, skills were shared, cakes baked, fires burned and seals serenaded. You can read some responses from participants here.
